Teeth: 3,4 Last Full Mouth X-Ray: approx 1year Last Cleaning: 6 months ago Case Description I have been to several dentists, oral surgeons, etc. over the years but none could seem to find the origin of this pain at #4. They all relied on conventional x-rays which apparently revealed no problem with the tooth itself. I have tried desperately just to get the tooth pulled but all refused to pull it. I now have shooting pain up to my head! I read an article by Dr. Shandland on Nico cavitations which without a doubt described every symptom I have. I took the article to the professionals and they dismissed it without a blink. Please help me find a dentist who will pull this tooth before it takes my life. Desperate in Ellicott City, Maryland!
